About me

I know what it feels like to live in a body always seeking greatness, pushing the limits of possibility, and living day to day in that relentless pursuit of reaching ones goals and aspirations.

I also know what it feels like to have all of these things that made me who I was, a top performing athlete at a premiership rugby club academy get torn away when diagnosed with a potentially life-threatening heart condition, aged 26.

I also know what it feels like to have all of these things that made me who I was, a top performing athlete at a premiership rugby club academy get torn away when diagnosed with a potentially life-threatening heart condition, aged 26.

A few seconds can change your life forever.

Controlling the Controllables

Always being in control of my destiny and having the ability to bounce back from adversity with a “can do” attitude tragically became lost in a dark cloud of uncertainty. I could no longer control the outcome, and no amount of “positive mental attitude” was going to change the outlook or diagnosis.

What I could control was my mindset and my personal approach to life-changing trauma. I had the freedom to make choices, either I wallow in self-pity or do something extraordinary with my life. How do you want to be remembered when your internal clock stops ticking?

Achieving and ticking off goals is only one part of the equation but really living life and knowing who you are and what you stand for as a person is the ultimate.

Redefining
what is possible

In my own relentless pursuit for high performance I came to realise that life is constantly throwing up gigantic challenges every day of your life. Life is not straightforward, in fact it is the exact opposite.

Life is never fully under our control.

Instead we are constantly faced with uncertainty and the internal conflict that can be created as part of the human condition.

Courage comes from living life as fully as possible, embracing the tough alongside the mind-blowing times that life has to offer. Some of us have our lives dictated by circumstance handing over control as a result of what others tell us or being too afraid to make mistakes for fear of making the wrong decision.

We remain paralysed in a life of comfort rather than grasping what life truly has to offer. Anxiety is inevitably triggered when facing a multitude of choices.

I want you to feel excited rather than fearful about the uncertainty surrounding your performance and/or life’s direction.

Knowing each choice you make has the potential to change your life in a different way forever is thrilling and intriguing. The endless possibilities that life throws at us is super exciting!

I want to exercise your free will through powerful shifts in mindset.

You will make bold choices through igniting your inner courage to meet life’s challenges head on and revolutionise your relationships with others.

My Personal Experience

Faced with a multitude of choices I decided to go deep and learn about myself

(still not fully there…) not only in handling my own heartbreaking situation but my inevitable failures and successes that life has brought to date.

Knowing who I truly am, my personal values, how I handle challenging situations, and what my new meaning and purpose are in life gave me the opportunity to work at a far deeper and meaningful way with those who would later become my clients.

My client portfolio includes high performing individuals and teams from both international sport and global business. Focus has been on gaining clarity around your goals to get you to think more clearly, deeply, and effectively, through transforming your mindset and giving you the courage to make difficult decisions and choices.

You will be unstoppable as you strive on your journey towards sustainable high performance in business, sport, and life.
